Meet Mattie

I believe every woman has the potential to build a life that reflects who she truly is—not just who the world expects her to be.

My name is Mattie, and I created It's Coach Mattie to be a space where women can pause, reconnect with themselves, discover their strengths, and move forward with intention.

As an MBA graduate, leadership professional, and lifelong learner, I've spent my career navigating complex challenges, developing solutions, leading teams, and helping people find a clearer path forward. My own journey has taught me that growth is not always linear, clarity does not always come overnight, and sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is give ourselves permission to begin again.

My faith is an important part of who I am, and it shapes the way I approach purpose, service, and personal growth. I welcome women from all backgrounds and walks of life, creating a space rooted in encouragement, honesty, sisterhood, and meaningful progress.

Through mentoring, intentional conversations, and practical guidance, my goal is to help women move beyond feeling stuck and begin taking meaningful steps toward the lives they want to create.
