Information we collect

When you complete the consultation intake form or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and your answers to the intake questions. We collect only what you choose to share with us.

How we use your information

Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare for and schedule your consultation, and provide the coaching services you request. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes, and we do not add you to promotional emails without your separate consent.

How your information is stored

Form submissions are stored securely in our website's backend with restricted access. Intake and contact submissions are visible only to It's Coach Mattie and are never displayed publicly on this website.

Appointment scheduling

Consultation times are booked through Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. When you select an appointment time, Google's own privacy policy applies to the information you provide there.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete the information you have shared at any time by emailing mattie@itscoachmattie.com. We will respond to every request personally.
